Why is it free for techs?
Technicians ARE the product from a company's perspective. If we charged techs to list, we'd have a thin directory and companies would leave. Free-forever profiles are the only business model that works.
What does a company 'crew call' mean?
A crew call is our term for a job posting — a specific production gig a company is staffing. Company Free lets you post one at a time; Pro is unlimited.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Pick Company Pro Monthly or Annual at signup. You'll enter card details but won't be charged for 14 days. Cancel anytime during the trial with zero charge. Full refund window for first invoice if it goes sideways.
Can I invoice clients through the platform?
Invoicing for techs is coming next. It'll be tier-gated: Free = 3 invoices/month with FAV footer, Supporter = 10/month with footer, Pro = unlimited unbranded plus auto-generation from completed shows, sales dashboard, and 1099 year-end export.
What happens to my profile if I downgrade?
Nothing lost. Features above the new tier get soft-gated but your profile, portfolio, calendar, messages, and reviews all stay. Upgrade again later and everything resumes.
I'm outside the US — can I still use this?
Yes. International support shipped in Phase 4. Pick your country in your profile; we have techs in the US, Canada, UK, Philippines, and more as of 2026.
