Every event is unique — and so is the scope of support required.
I offer flexible, flat-rate pricing based on:
Location (local or travel)
Role (Graphics Op, TD, Breakouts, etc.)
Day length & overtime
Typical Day Rate Range:
Local Events (San Antonio/Austin): $450 – $700/day
Travel Events: $600 – $1000/day (plus travel/per diem)
Half-day, extended bookings, and weeklong shows are available.
